An unusual dream with a blue-haired guy and a weird-looking... astronaut...?

AUGUST 8th 2024,

Hello, dear reader. I just woke up from a dream and felt like writing down about what I just dreamt. It's funny though... I know it was a dream, but for some reason, it felt different somehow... I mean, it felt more like a memory instead...

Anyway, in the dream I found myself standing in front of someone, a guy who had short, dark blue hair, and wearing a black jacket over a plain white shirt... I never met this guy in real life before, but somehow I felt like I knew him... In fact, I felt like I knew him a lot (goosebumps).

So there I was standing in front of him in what looks to be a park I think. It was dark since apparently it was during the night. The guy was kinda almost touching his forehead for some reason, looking confused, and then was surprised when he saw me, as if I suddenly appeared or something... Anyway, I didn't know why, but afterwards I raised my right hand and started waving at him... I said something too... I think I said "Hello" to him, and in a cheerful way too. I think he replied "Hello" to me just after, and then started looking at my chest... He said something to me... I think he was complimenting something about my tattoo? Haha... never in my life have I considered getting tattooed before... Wait... Than again, there was that one time... Never mind. Don't wanna go off topic here...

Anyways, I remembered him saying "Excuse me?" with a puzzled look. Yet I didn't know what I said or did before he made that reply. Then all the sudden, I saw a flash of blue light coming from behind this guy... He slowly turned to look behind him and before I knew it, I was holding a vibrant blue and greenish colored sword in my hands and I was using it to block and push back against another weapon. I think it was a spear or a pole or a lance maybe? There was this other guy who's wielding it... Or at least I think it was a guy...

This... "person", was wearing a white alien-like costume... But it also kinda resembled a space suit. Something an astronaut would wear, you know? However, the helmet wasn't as bulky and it was glowing in a striking blue color. And I also recall there being a symbol on it... It was a familiar looking symbol... In fact, it was almost identical to the ancient Egyptian symbol of immortality. I think you know what I'm talking about... If not, just look it up on the web.

Anyways, I remember breaking away from that close encounter and hastily leaping backwards. When I did that, it almost felt like I was being carried by the wind. When my feet touched the ground, the blue helmet guy raised his left arm and said something... I think I heard him said the words "Awakener" and "Burden"? Anyway, the funny thing is that I simply replied "Blah, blah, blah"... Haha, that is so me!

And yeah... that was it. I woke up pondering about it for awhile before writing it here. As for the blue-haired guy... I didn't know where he went or what happened to him later. Yet somehow I feel that I will see him again, if not in another dream, than maybe... in real life...

(Sigh) You might think "What's the big deal? It's just a dream. Dreams can be weird. So what?" Yeah I know, but like I said, this one felt so strange to me... I don't really know how to describe that feeling I have towards it... It's like... I feel like this really happened, but I just forgotten all about it. That type of feeling, you know?
